羰化反应器制造工艺

Process for Carboxylation Reactor Manufacture

Abstract：In this paper the author discusses the difficulties and key points for manufacture process and quality control of carboxylation reactor made of special steel．The experience may have reference and help for domestic manufacturers．

1反应器基本情况

        本反应器为某单位醋酐项目中的关键设备，属三类压力容器，由球形封头、筒体、大小不等共15只接管、3只衬里接管(上、下凸缘，人孔)、盘管等组成。端口内径为2 800 mm，设备总长6 488 mm，总质量20余吨，筒体厚度40mm。主体材料为SB-575 N06059、0Crl8Ni9Ⅲ。SB-575 N06059是一种目前国内还没有能力生产的镍、钼、铬合金材料，其硅、碳的含量极低，具有优异的耐腐蚀性能和极高的机械强度。
